Great breakfast and clean rooms with all necessities. Only problem are the paper thin walls. We could literally hear every word of the couples argument in the adjoining room. Bring earplugs or they will provide them for free..

I didn't stay at this area I even Tried to cancel due to the location and the look from the outside. I stayed back at the BestWestern Plus Knoxville PaperMille rd. In which at check in was told she could transfer the site if I had done it thru them instead of Expedia that way I would loose my money

Room very clean except for the spider in bathroom. Check in was fast and staff very courteous. There was alot of road noise though, but overall a good hotel.

The coffee table was falling apart, literally. Bathroom fan blows into the bathroom, not out. Ridiculous. Lampshade were all stained and torn beside the bed. ZERO water pressure. Never again. The rating is a complete fake. 2/10
