Dirty towels, a bad-smelling room, and awful personnel. They charged my credit card three times for incidentals and couldn't explain why they did it. They could only tell me that the money should be returned in 3 to 5 business days. This is the worst customer service. They communicated to me like I owed them money. Do not stay at this place!!!
