Kuhio Shores 112 is a quiet, private oceanfront air conditioned condo that is 10 steps from the water’s edge. No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty! The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Watch turtles while enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai. Surfers will entertain you while they work the famous waves directly in front of our unit and some of the best snorkeling on the island is just steps away.

We’ve made every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Our newly installed Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the wonderful tropical breezes will delight you. Our kitchen, with a beautiful native koa wood island, is equipped with full size appliances, an ice maker, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, toaster, blender, and complete set of dishes and cookware. The living area has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the ocean, comfortable furnishings, a 40+ inch smart TV, dimmable lighting, free internet & cable, and USB equipped outlets for your devices. The bedroom has a California king bed, plenty of closet and dresser storage, a smart TV, and a secure, private window that provides access to the trade winds. The bathroom has a large vanity and glass walled, walk in shower. Your privacy and security are ensured by our keyless lock system and you will never be locked out by losing a key.

Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, with rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.
