We were 3 nights at Regent for the Lunar New Year.
The room was excellent and very comfortable.
The staff at front desk and room service were top.
But the breakfast room did not correspond to a 5* hotel: the people were very noisy (like at market place); they speak (like shouting) loudly, and some of them have bad manner: they are pushy and even pick up foods at the buffet with their fingers to taste.
The management and breakfast staff should take strict measures against this!
I wonder if Lunar New Year has brought too many low class people to this 5* hotel.
Apart of that the food quality at breakfast is not good (not at the 5* level), which is disappointing.
