Ankom hotellet Leo express etter å ha booket gjennom hotels. Bildene var fine, og rangert som et 3 stjernes hotell. Da vi ankom hotellet var det så forferdelig ekkelt at vi nesten måtte snu i døra. Rommet var skitten og doen var ødelagt. Sengetøyet var ikke rent. Vi måtte bytte hotell. Bildene viste ikke i nærheten av likhet med virkeligheten og det er overhodet ikke noe 3 stjernes hotell. Utrolig skuffet over fremstillingen av dette hotellet.

LEO EXPRESS HOTEL

My overall experience was OK I guess. Only this was the air conditioning was atrocious & the floor in my room was sticky. They should have provided loafers. Even when I asked for towel they actually CHARGED! Seriously??? But in any other ways it was fine. Would still recommend to anyone.

It was a horrible building.

It was a horrible building. The staff were very rude. On 3 occasions we did not get towels as they said they 'ran out'. The blanket was dirty. Same food every morning for breakfast. There was a charge for everything e.g another blanket or towel (we did not get anyway.

Bath towls off white and no biger then tea towls

Management none existent, rooms filthy with stained walls badly maintained with lots of things broken or missing beware of the Cattel handel never seen handle gets burning hot after leaving it for few minuts, take plenty of bug sprays my wife was biting sevagley one night breakfast eggs are fried before 7 am for ten. to sumus up, lucky for animal's for been forbidden from staying there.

the staff at reception was very rude towards customers and the room was not neat and clean. Moreover, the snacks provided in the room were not stated as to be paid earlier / noticed clearly. They failed to maintain a good service. Disappointed. We were waiting to check in more than an hour.

do not leave anything in room

We arrived at almost midnight on Friday only to find no kettle in our room, I had to get one from reception. On the Saturday we went into KL and at lunch I realized that I had left my passport in my room so went back and at 2,pm my room had not been cleaned but somebody had been in my room and my passport was not where I knew I had left it. Within 2 minutes of me entering the room a cleaner appeared waving my passport demanding money to return it, she told my wife who is Indonesian and speaks Malay that she found it in the lift this was not true. One question is how did she know it was my passport because it is 9 years old and now I have a full beard so not instantly recognizable and I was not the only white person staying there. I had to give her 50 Ringgit [$12 US - £10] not a fortune I admit but there is a principle here. However I accept there is a warning on the door about leaving things in the room, I accept I made a mistake and I didn't go to the Police to simply waste hours for nothing to happen. As for the room it was acceptably clean not spotless and areas behind doors and behind the sink pedestal in the bathroom are not clean. The bathroom sink is not fixed to the wall and the sink rocks on the pedestal, I booked 2 rooms and both bathroom sinks were the same. The TV was terrible unwatchable with lines across the screen

Worst hotel I ever visit.

The photographs cannot be trusted, this hotel is nothing better than a backpacker hostel. Location:- Although it is walking distance to Pudu Station, but I don't advice to walk at night because the roads are dark and there are nightspot around. Bus stops are far, luckily can use Grab or Uber. Service:- They will request RM50 deposit during check in, only one key card will be issue, extra card require to pay a deposit of RM20 each. Hair dryer only upon request (deposit RM20). Breakfast is nothing better than normal fried rice or noodle selling by road side hawkers. Environment:- Bad smoking smell everywhere(from lift to room). Bath towels, pillows and bed sheet are smelly and yellow stain, floor are sticky, spiderweb at the ceiling on top of the bed (refer to photo attached). Anyway I will not pick this hotel in future.

ベッドも一人で寝るなら、十分すぎるほど広く快適でした。 朝食付きは良かったのですが、毎回フロントに朝食用チケットを貰いに行かないとダメなので、煩わしいのもありました。 エアコンをかけると壊れそうな音がして、実際には壊れることはなかったのですが、気にはなりました。 たまたま泊まった部屋がそうなのか、夕方は気になりませんが、朝の通勤ラッシュ時は、バイクと車の騒音で相当うるさかったです。 3連泊しましたが、値段で妥協できるところはあると思います。
