I had Ocean view on the 4th floor. It was quiet, pools are great, three to choose from. Breakfast was good with good choices. Staff friendly as always in Bali. Not a big fan of Kuta, bit passed its used by date. I generally stay in different place each trip, Kuta needs a revamp.

We had a really lovely stay for 7 nights. It was quiet and an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of variety. 3 swimming pools and close to everything. We would happliy stay here again.

This hotel was really good, while it is a little dated, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool and pillows were the best we had over this 4-week holiday. Having pool options was nice and the staff did remove towels on the daybeds of people who put them there but were not using them (we saw people put towels down at 9am but not return until the late afternoon) so this gave access to people who were using the pool at the time. Breakfast was nice and lunch by the pool was good. the only issue we had was the amount of people begging out the front of the hotel which we had not experienced before on previous trips to Bali. Unsure if this was related to the area or it there has been an increase in this activity in recent months. I would love to stay here again if I could move the location. Staff were a huge plus in this hotel.

Great location and facilities - property is just a bit outdated with the rooms however the buffet breakfast was delicious and staff were fabulous and the meals at the hotel were great in the restaurant! Highly recommend.
