A beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Situated right in the heart of the shopping district and just minutes from stunning Kuta Beach, where you can catch the most breathtaking sunsets. Nice place with super friendly staff. The swimming pool is excellent and the breakfast is super good. Kind of noisy at night with strong firework at the public beach. The bed sheets were not perfectly clean, but the customer relations manager Mrs Ayu was super nice and provided us with a brand new bedsheets set.

Disability aware hotel.

I holidayed with a broken ankle. The horel was very accommodating to my needs. The staff were extremely helpful getting me up the few stairs to the pool bar. The hotel is pretty well suited with disabled access, except the pool bar (but staff helped me). They could improve by adding a ramp from the lower level of the pool to the pool bar/eating area. But overall, I am really impressed with the experience.
Access to middle pool area is good.
Upper pool area, needed assistance from staff to get there but very obliging.

Nice wide walkways to room, I used an electric gopher whilst there with no issues.
