The property is falling apart. Looks like no maintenance is carried out. The staff are lovely. Tiles in the pool all coming off. It was probably fabulous when first built but now it would be lucky to pass a 3 star rating. We would not stay here again.

I wish there was a category for between good and excellent. This was a great value stay and view /location was superb. The breakfast buffet was average and so was the bbq. Again for the price I’m definitely impressed. The executive balcony with ocean view I really can’t get for that price anywhere else. If you are not after fluff robes, and just want a comfortable place to sleep after all the water activities and too tired to care about the noise on Kuta beach and traffic then this location and views heaven - this is the place for you!
