This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. Very clean, smelled so good every time we walked in, and the staff and amenities were great at well. It is a hidden gem in downtown Kyoto close to shopping and so many other things to do. We found it very convenient for our stay.

Really great location and convenient for shopping and bus routes. Room service is limited though as you have to take out the trash and towels yourself and wait for new ones hanging by the door.

Hotel provides any common bathroom amenity you would need in the lobby. Very easy to grab what you need whenever. The lobby included a coffee machine that is free to use. The staff will provide you will fresh clean towels every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff and laundry facility to wash our clothes! Really good Italian restaurant connected to this hotel! Many eateries all around and lots of bars too! Kid friendly and adult friendly! So many shops to shop in! The room is spotless! I love the shampoo and body wash products! Their face wash is amazing and face cream! Love the tea living room in the lobby area too! Good selection on tea’s!

Rooms are small and super basic, but bed are comfortable and is a killer central location. The service is totally decent, and being able to walk out right into the heart of everything makes up for any lack of space. If you're all about location and a good night's sleep over fancy digs, this place is a winner.
