The bakery and coffee in the Libby are absolutely wonderful especially when there is a DJ spins jazz there. Lovely and very helpful staff A good walk to popular sites so we often took taxis because of mobility issues. The room had s filtered water dispenser which we appreciated. Great laundry room too.

-The room was huge! -They have a nice bakery. -The hotel is very clean. -Staff are welcoming and helpful. -Good amenities. The only downside is the breakfast: the food is more tailored to tourists / more westernised. Local food would have been nice e.g., rice and noodles. Just my personal preference.

Everything was absolutely perfect, it was so good I extended my stay for a few days. The staff is super helpful and the staff also booked me the best traditional omakase in Kyoto, my reservation was pending but they managed to make it happen. I’m currently eating the best traditional Japanese omakase and I’ll probably stay more days in Kyoto. Also the hotel is close to EVERYTHING. Walking distance from everything. I will return and this is where I will be staying. 10/10
