Cozy hotel.

We were very lucky with the wheather. It was amazing in middle of october. Area was quite which was good for us with the baby. Food were amazing. People not really like to use english but we sortedâ˜ș this area perfect who wants a relaxing weekend.

Very nice quaint hotel near centre of port

Staff very helpful and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. On the down side the wooden floors in rooms made it fairly noisy and it would have been nice to have a view rather than a window which opened to a wall with noisy water waste pipes. The price however was very good so overall a good experience.

welcoming and clean

Amazingly welcoming, with a great location close to the bars and cafes and the port, but in a nice mellow area, breakfast was a little bit of let down for the price. Great WIFI, comfy beds what more could you expect for the price.

Nice location on the edge of the old center, near a large parking facility. Nice and friendly staff, good sized rooms. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, it was pretty expensive for the quality of the food.

HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter La Rochelle. Chambre trĂšs petite mais propre et salle de bain minuscule avec problĂšme d’eau chaude qui met trĂšs longtemps avant d’arriver. Nous Ă©tions au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur ce qui n’est pas trĂšs pratique.

HÎtel zéro service clientÚle zéro

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel pendant le week-end de PĂąques. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour 1 chambre avec deux lits jumeaux aprĂšs avoir lu les commentaires . A notre arrivĂ©e on nous explique qu’il n n’avait plus de chambres Ă  2 lits sauf pour une Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rĂ©ception avec un lit double et un lit d’ enfant. Il ne fallait pas ĂȘtre claustro pour dormir dans cette chambre car trĂšs sombre et avec un seul petit lucarne donnant sur un cour. Nous avons donc optĂ© pour celle au deuxiĂšme avec un seul lit . Nous faisons plus d’1m85 chacun donc trĂšs trĂšs serrĂ© pour nous mais pour une nuit on se disait qu’on allait faire avec. L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©, on entend les voisins de tous les cĂŽtĂ©s et donc aucune intimitĂ©. La salle de bains n’était pas plus grande qu’un placard Ă  balais et il n y avait qu’une seule prise Ă©lectrique pour toute la chambre. AprĂšs cette nuit nous sommes descendus pour faire le check-out Ă  la rĂ©ception. Juste devant nous une jeune femme avec ses deux enfants se faisait remonter les bretelles de façon trĂšs agressive par ce qui nous avons supposĂ© ĂȘtre la patronne de l’établissement parce que la dame avait rĂ©servĂ© sur un site de rĂ©servation en ligne qui ne plaisait pas Ă  la patronne car cela lui coĂ»tait trop chĂšre en commission et ce que lui obligeait de monter ces tarifs.AprĂšs, ça Ă  Ă©tĂ© notre tour.La patronne de l’établissement s’en prend Ă  nous en nous disant « Ă  oui vous ! j’ai lu vos commentaires sur le citĂ© de rĂ©servation,je vous rĂ©pondrai aprĂšs»
