Always courteous, friendly, & smiling staff. Clean room, beds, & air. Greatly appreciated the very early check in, late check out, courtesy wake up call, & mini-fridge. Courtesy water dispenser at the hallway lobby tasted like city tap water with a chlorine or chemical smell & taste. But the bottled water jug dispenser in the gym tasted clean & good. The toilet flush was very weak and we were concerned it may get clogged at each flush. Was very cautious & fortunate it did not clog.

First the room was disgusting and all I was trying to do this morning. Was book an extra couple night stays I’ve had a long trip moving a bunch of stuff by myself and my leg hip and neck are fractured from doing so much moving by myself all I wanted was some extra sleep and they sent an officer upstairs to escort me out when I was trying to extend my stay on the app. I need my money back to my payment method immediately.
