Great hotel in top location, walking distance to the beach. Situated near lots of lovely restaurants and dining options. I would like to suggest that the in room safes be fixed prior to check in from previous guests, seems hotel staff knew about it but nothing was done to fix prior to checking in. Perhaps include Portuguese tarts in the breakfast room and change up the eggs- not just scrambled and fried. Excellent wellness area- credit to Julianna one of the amazing therapists. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property is top notch. It has a luxurious feel and cosy at the same time. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking was free and always available.

Beautiful pool area. There was blood smeared on a public stairway door that was there the whole time. Staff did not seem to notice. Front desk was often unattended. Friendly staff. Happy to have parking.

Enjoyed the stay, only gripe was guests putting towels on sun beds with umbrellas to reserve them, and not using tthem until late afternoon. The Hotel needs to address this, some guests with young children couldn’t find shade.

Misleading

The jacuzzi water temperature wasn't hot. The massage service, that is extra, was terrible or inexperienced. There's no laundry facility on premises, so had false information. And there's no child sitting.

The Belavista da Luz was probably the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is a short walk to the water and restaurants. I also had a wonderful Spa treatment at the hotel. Great place to stay!
