"Exceptional property, from the moment we arrived. Service was what you expect from a top tier property. More family friendly than expected based on the reviews but wasn't an issue for me and my wife even though it may have been if a couple wanted a more adult heavy enviroment. Pool and pool service was top notch. Views you can't beat. "

"Beautiful view from oceanfront room, as pictured, sparkling clean room, helpful staff. Accessible to north Laguna from trolley and a mile walk otherwise. My only complaint was the lack of transparency for requested early check in. I would prefer a ‘no’ rather than we will see and call you.. I checked every 30 min for status. If i knew it would never happen then I would have made other plans during that time. Expectations matter. "
