Everything was absolutely amazing about this property! The front desk and the concierge Linda were so helpful and friendly with any questions or concerns. Any time we needed anything it was delivered promptly. The area has a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beach access was the hight point. The pools and hot tub were also amazing and spacious. They even had a coy fish pond and the landscaping was beautiful. The restaurant on the property hands down one of the best foods we have ever had. This place did not disappoint.

Overall this property and the room were great. My only feedback would be that the bathroom is older and smaller although well cared for. There is only one mirror, in the bathroom. There should be another mirror in the bedroom or living room. We loved our stay and would stay again.

I requested a room with a view and I surely got it. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Room though could use some updating. Restaurant was reasonably priced. Location was convenient. Grocery and food trucks are walking distance. Mahalo for a great stay!

Room was okay. Dated a bit. Dishwasher did not work. Washer needs knob fixed. Had to ask four different times for more toilet paper, wash/dish clothes and laundry detergent as well as coffee. They do not clean unless you pay extra. They charge you $25 per day for the above amenities as well as a daily parking fee of $10.95 on top of your stay. View overlooked parking lot with view of ocean in the distance. I had booked a Jr. Suite with kitchen (have original receipt to prove it). When we checked in they acted like I had just booked a standard room but they would "upgrade" me to a Jr. Suite with kitchen at no extra cost. The most agreeable staff person was the bartender at their onsite restaurant. Everyone else treated you as if you were hassling them when you asked for toilet paper, coffee, etc... They would only give you 1or 2 things at a time, so over ten nights you ended up having to ask for basic items four times and making trips to the front desk to retrieve those items each time. Other than that, they were professionally polite albeit distant. Local store across the street offered better prices on gift shop items by far.
