Terrible experience overall. Initial room/floor assigned had intense seepage smell. I was ssigned a new room after complaining. New room had water leeking/dropping from the celing of the room. Also, couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. 5 star hotel, charging arm and a leg, but nothing about the hotel and experience says 5 star! More like 1 star.

Night mare, from front desk to everyone. The room was filthy, and suffocating. Bedsheet were dirty. I the bathroom, there was a small tiny half filled small about 10 ml unlabeled bottle probably for shampoo. Towels were smelly, worn out. Hair dryer, and refrigerator were disgusting. I was terrified about the condition of overall. We moved to a different hotel, which was so much better than PC. Advise to everyone is please don’t waste your money. The hotel is not worth staying.
