Room was clean and nice. The entire campus very nice. Great place to stay. Convenient to the Sailing Club. May want to replace mattresses. A little lumpy and worn but certainly clean and acceptable.

The grounds are lovely! The rooms are terrible! Cannot open windows, no screen on door to allow fresh air in without bugs coming in! Mattresses were terrible! The property can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar. During check in, the staff simply pointed; we had to go and find our room ourselves. If you have heavy bags, good luck! The elevator is older and small and difficult to navigate! The bar and restaurant on first floor is filthy! Nice view of marina, but needs maintenance and a deep cleaning! The second floor great room restaurant was nice for breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly there and food was decent! Overall ot was a pleasant experience but this resort is in need of serious cleaning and updating!

The hotel rooms are really in need of updates. Lighting in the bathroom is dim. The door to the hallway cannot be opened and closed quietly, very sticky and noisy to open and close the door. Did not really like the only way to get fresh air in the room was to open the porch door completely. we were unable to open any other windows. We slept well on the bedding was comfortable. The refrigerator froze our food.
