Nice stay. Sucks the parking is not included and the entrance was closed by front hotel. Very confusing. Would also have been nice to have assess to toothpaste comb etc over all a nice hotel.

This is a comfortable, quiet, beautiful hotel with excellent service. It is well located within walking distance of the theater, farmers market, many fine restaurants, excellent coffee shops, and boutique stores. Pay parking is accessible through a covered walkway. It is a challenge to adjust the water temperature in the shower and sink. Beware the scalding hot water.

Nice hotel but the parking is difficult and next to the hotel is a 4 story parking garage. The lobby is really nice and connected to the convention center. The gentleman who checked us in was not really good at communicating which elevator to use and the layout of the hotel. Good location. Very loud at night at 1:45 AM could hear cars racing and people at the bars chanting.

This hotel was easy to get to and park. We were able to get into our room sooner then 4pm which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. No complaints! I tried to get us a massage appointment a few weeks ago but they were fully booked. There is plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and there was the perk of in and out privileges with the parking garage but we were able to get around via walking. We felt safe in the area and it was very clean. Lancaster pleasantly surprised us. We had a great time and would definitely go back.
