Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Im Zimmer sollte es auch das Schild geben, dass man nicht das Zimmer gereinigt bekommen möchte, nach der ersten Nacht. Welches man draussen aufhängen kann. Fahrstuhl macht beim ankommen im EG sehr Laute und erschreckende Geräusche. Da möchte man sich nicht in der Nähe aufhalten. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Verpackungsmaterial sollte auch beim Frühstück überdacht werden. Joghurt wurde in einzelnen Portionen im Plastikbecher angeboten. Vereinzelt gab es Sprachbarrieren beim Frühstückspersonal

Sehr gute Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Isar und ist sehr zentral! In 5 Minuten ist man direkt in der schönen Innenstadt von Landshut! Das Personal an Rezeption und im Gastronomiebereich war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Das Mobiliar, auch außerhalb des Zimmers, war ansprechend. Es gab überall kleine Sitzgruppen, an denen man sich mit seinen mitgereisten Freunden treffen konnte. der Zimmerservice ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig! Das benutzte Geschirr wurden im Zimmer stehen gelassen. Toilettenpapier und Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt! Das Treppenhaus wird in diesem Hotel bei der Reinigung stark vernachlässigt...dicke "Staubmäuse" auf jeder Stufe waren ein klares Indiz dafür!

preis und leistung stimmen

Pros: Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Restaurant auf die Isar und die Stadt
Cons: zuwenig kostenlose Parkplätze
Location: das hotel hat eine Toplage: zur Innenstadt nur wenige Meter,direkt an der Isar gelegen.Anfahrt etwas kompliziert.
DAs Hotel ist eine gute Alternative zu den Hochpreisigen Hotels der Innenstadt.die Zimmer im "Isarflügel" sind ruhig trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage zur Innenstadt. Bei Tagungsveranstaltungen ist der Restaurantraum etwas überfüllt.
