Familiar and comfortable, fully renovated in 2012 and 2015 100 meters from a small beach with no roads or public road crossing for children. A five minute walk from the harbor and the small Lagaden Larmor Baden center

Très bonne expérience dans cette location qui est parfaite pour explorer la région.Tout y est accessible à pied; les commerces essentiels (boulangerie, pharmacie, et épicerie avec large inventaire de bons produits locaux sans compter le marché), le sentier côtier et multiples plages. L’appartement lui-même était très propre et bien équipé pour faire la cuisine sur place. Madame Moulin qui nous a donné les clefs était très aimable et ponctuelle. Nous serions ravies d’y retourner si l’occasion se présentait.

Tolle Lage- und das war es schon!

Das Häuschen ist ein einem fürchterlichen Zustand! Abgewohnt und v.a. extrem schmutzig! Die Zuständige Dame vor Ort ist nach der Schlüsselübergabe schnell verschwunden und nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Der Vermieter hat auf die Beschwerde erst am -Schluss vernünftig reagiert und den miserablen Zustand vor ort bestätigt. Geputzt oder grundgereinigt wurde nichts. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten viel im Freien sein. Sonst hätten wir vermutlich ein ausweichquartier gesucht. Insgesamt echt übel!

Jolie maison

Maison très agréable et très bien située, directement sur le GR34. La boulangerie et le marché sont à 5 minutes à pied.Accueil très, très agréable et au revoir chaleureux de Madame Moulin.Bon matelas dans le lit double. Peut-être trop plein dans l'ensemble, nous aurions souhaité un peu plus d'espace de rangement.La cuisine est bien équipée, avec des appareils électroménagers neufs. Rien ne nous a manqué.

Ferienunterkunft liegt ca. 100m vom Ufer entfernt. (in kleiner Wohnsiedlung bzw. Ferienhausanlage) M. E. gut geeignet für max. 4 Erwachsene bzw. Familien mit 2...3 Kindern Leider kein WLAN-Router in der FeWo wunderschöne Natur: Baden, Wandern, Wassersport, Bootsausflüge Zu Fuß erreicht man nach ca. 5-10min die kleinen Geschäfte im Ortskern bzw. den Hafen Nette und hilfsbereite Objektbetreuerin vor Ort

Super Lage

Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen, mit wunderbaren Wetter. Die Lage unseres Häuschen ist sehr gut gewesen, zentral für ins Dorf, Laden, Hafen oder Restaurant und natürlich direkt am Meer. Auch die Ausgangslage um den Golf zur erkunden ist optimal. Die Reinigung hätte etwas gründlicher sein können und die Ausstattung moderner. Die Wiese vor den Ferienhäusern ist genial für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bon emplacement mais des prestations limitées

Bonjour Nous avons séjourné dans cette location avec nos 3 enfants (de 12 à 16 ans). L'emplacement est très agréable et nous avons été bien reçu par la conciergerie mais heureusement que nous avons eu beau temps car le gîte n'est vraiment pas fait pour une famille de plus de 4: tables non adaptées, une chambre pour enfants très petite (on ne peut ouvrir la porte entièrement et sans placard qui puisse recevoir des affaires). Nous avons également eu un problème d'odeur (dans la chambre du grand lit) incrustée dans le matelas et les oreillers et nous avons du racheter une alèse (celle donnée était pour un lit plus petit et donc ne tenait pas). Bref nous avons été à l'étroit mais nous garderons un bon souvenir de la région. Le village de Larmor Baden est agréable et on y trouve de petits commerces bien pratiques.

Prestation bien trop chère

A mon arrivée je me serai bien dispensée de faire le ménage. Poussière, vaisselle présentant des trace de repas, cheveux et poils dans la douche, oreillets et couette tachés, éléments de cuisine gras, réfrigérateur non nettoyé. Si je peux me permettre, il faudrait que les photos sur l'annonce soient actualisées, ce qui éviterait d'être déçue.

Des atouts mais….trop chère pour la prestation.

Kerjam a de nombreux atouts, localisation dans un charmant village avec commerces et embarcadère pour faire le tour du golf. Beau marché du dimanche situation proche du golfe et du sentier avec accès à une petite plage. Belle nature et résidence calme ( en mai en tout cas). Literie confortable. Dommage que la maison soit si encombrée et assez mal rangée ( collection d’éponges usagées, balais en vrac dans la salle d’eau… empilement de vieux prospectus touristiques etc. Mais surtout le descriptif devrait préciser que la salle d’eau au rdc s’ouvre direct sur le coin cuisine. Donc le toilette est vraiment très très près du frigo! Donc ces inconvénients font que la location reste trop chère. Le menage inclus dans le prix n’était pas bien fait et tout n’est pas clean… par exemple l’intérieur des placards à vaisselle laisse à désirer. Dommage.

Tres bon séjour!

La vue de la mer est telle que sur les photos avec une petite plage au bout du jardin. Le bourg est les commerces sont à proximité. On peut partir faire les sentiers côtiers depuis la maisonnette. Bref tres beau séjour. Nous recommandons.

Une petite pépite

Location situé comme précisé à proximité d une petite plage, bourg à 10 mn à pieds très pratique pour aller chercher son pain à la boulangerie où se ravitailler à l épicerie bien achalandée. Location confortable et propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par une sympathique dame.

Location très bien située

La location est bien équipée. Son gros point fort est sa proximité immédiate sur la plage (même pas 5 min) qui est aussi le départ de sentiers de randonnées. Boulangerie, épicerie et presse à 10 min de marche.
