There’s was a couple Cockroaches when I had checked into my room. I called and let them know and they seemed ok about it. They just said I could switch rooms but they didn’t do anything else for me. The customer service sucked there.

We are on the 4th floor. The elevator kept breaking leaving people getting backed up in front of the elevator waiting to get to our room and WAITING for it to finally come down 10 minutes later. Stayed stuck on the 4th floor both times. TWICE! Then I can only assume they worked on it while we TRIED to sleep because the NON STOP BUZZING from repairs made it impossible. I tried calling down to housekeeping for extra pillows (they only gave us 2 tiny ones) and no one answered and front desk said “I can’t help you, that’s housekeeping. They made a huge stink about extra pillows and I’m disabled. I need the support. Having to explain my medical history (which is nobody’s business) but had no choice so I could get extra pillows for my back. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever ever again stay in this ridiculous hole! What a joke!

It was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. You get the Vegas feel while not being around traffic and the strip (if you are looking for fun but not the inconvenience and high prices at the strip).

Nice hotel- Oldie but a goodie vibes

Nice off the strip hotel. Friendly service and great food! Not busy throughout the day time, but it can fill up fast at night for gaming and entertainment. Only area of opportunity was housekeeping did not service my room for four days until I called the front desk and asked them in person.
