I got a room because it was $80...I was even fine with $100 but after checking my bank account the total was nearly $232 even after receiving the $150 deposit back....absolutely ridiculous.. $232 for a room at this place is a joke.

Underwhelming. Very difficult to walk in the lobby and be a sail by cigarette smoke everywhere I turn. Staff did their jobs, but none of them were terribly friendly. That includes at the front desk, Housekeeping, and in the sourdough Cafe. Our room was non-smoking, but the entire hallway on the fifth floor smelled the marijuana, yuck! Would not stay here again

Room was decent and clean but you have to call every day for fresh towels and wash cloths. Not mentioned at check in. Could use towel bar for hand towels. Also had to call for more coffee pods as well.

Front desk said they were out of extra pillows and blankets. We asked them to clean our room twice within our 6 day stay and they never did it. Otherwise, good location, beds are comfortable. No smoking floor smelled like cigarettes and pot.

The resort had hidden fees, and even though the room rooms were labeled non-smoking you still have to walk through a smoke field casino lobby to check in or get to your elevator. Also I had a flight change and was told by the front desk they would refund my extra night that I wouldn’t be needing, then the next morning they changed the story and refused to refund me due to their “strict cancellation policy “. I will absolutely never do business with this hotel ever again.
