Not really a resort, don’t stay here

Probably the most disappointing stay on the strip I’ve ever had and I’ve been coming to Vegas regularly for years. There’s nothing about this casino/resort that feels like a resort but they charge a nightly resort fee anyway. If anything it’s a downright predatory hotel, The floor my room was on reeked of either cigarette smoke or cannabis fault (more than usual). No complimentary water bottles left in my room upon arrival which is standard in most hotels. Room service ends at 9:30pm most nights which is crazy for a hotel on the Strip. Need anything? Guest services is an AI chat bot that just tells you to go online. The food court marks up their prices by 3x (I got chicken fingers and fries and it was $35) and there aren’t many alternatives unless you order delivery. Lastly employees are clueless as I had 4 different employees give me bad directions when I was trying to find a location in the hotel for an event I was going to. What happened to good customer service? It’s no wonder Vegas is struggling if this is the standard.

Very nice and clean property. This is my second time staying here and I like it because it’s located in the middle of everything. It shows it’s a little in some of the rooms and the fact it had a small refrigerator was right on time.

Everything is great, except homeless entered to food court at back of hotel bordering "asian tourist", and one Ladies from Japan wallet's stollen from her by force. Sadly, her 10 years old son witness the horrible incident. Everyone must aware of your surrounding at Las Vegas. Food court area at the basement of hotel needs immediate attention by security.
