The staffs and the room are great. I want to give recognition to Lucy the front desk who helps me, checked in. She very helpful and offered me if anything else i need something. Was uncharged for a suite that I didn’t agree to, didn’t stay in the suite, hoping to get credited back for that. Pool was closed, no communication about it. Found out after complaining and after spending $100 on a pool day, that there were other pools we could go to for free. I was told I would get a $75 room credit for my troubles and I have not seen that. Room was ok and restaurants were great!

The property was ok. We didn't love the feel on the casino floor. Also, we booked a fountain view room for and extra charge. What a joke. Looking out the window, we could see the roof of the building, another tall building that blocked our view, and a small peep of the Bellagio. Thank goodness we are local and only stayed for one night. If this were my vacation, I would have been really disappointed. On a positive note, Valet was great, even though they increased the price to $45.

Air conditioning did not work very well. Room would not cool off past 71 degrees. Talked to hotel front desk and they wouldn’t help. The smell of cigarettes in the room was awful. Front desk said we shouldn’t be smelling cigarette smoke, no smoking allowed. It was awful. Staff was very unhelpful and we asked to chance rooms and they said no. And I paid for an ungraded room already for my birthday. Will never stay here again

It is right in the middle of the vegas strip. Just outside the casino/hotel there is a plaza to eat, drink, and shop. Right next to that is a CVS for all of your other needs.
