Staff seemed fine. We loved the location. Liked the casino. We would stay again. I did not give it 5 stars because the line to check in was absolutely ridiculous. It took an hour of standing in line and the people behind us were worse. We were walking all day and just wanted to sit down instead of stand for another hour while 2 people checked in. There were also a couple questionable marks on our comforter that revealed that it wasn’t washed. The room was huge and loved the view.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room! I mean the bathroom was clean but there was something splattered all of the wall, like a soda exploded or something. I just grossed me out! Also the bathroom vanity and the furniture all have nicks and scraps and just makes it look run down!
