We had issues getting into our rooms when we first arrived since the keys didn’t work. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us get new key cards. However, when we walked into our room there was already a used water bottle in the middle of the room; it was late and we were tired so we just threw it away. But then when we got into bed, there were red stains on the blanket and a piece of candy/gummy in the sheets. We had to call for them to come give us new sheets and blankets. Overall staff was helpful but cleanliness could be worked on.

Very convenient location mid strip. Plenty of food and bar options around. Monorail stops here which is super convenient. Carpets stained in hallways, casino smells of cigarette smoke and a Febreeze like smell. Burned my nose. Not a huge casino, not a lot of penny slots. Needs some TLC. Room looked good and clean, comfy bed, housekeeping efficient. Had one maintenance issue with the room AC that was taken care of quickly. I’d stay again, but wish they would do something about the smell in the lobby. Cigarette smoke alone is better than whatever they are trying to cover it with.

The room was ok, but the bathroom needed some repair. There was a hole in the shower, the toilet had a crack down the base and the cabinet had quite a bit of damage. I did however like the location on the strip and how close it was to so many places to eat.

The room was big, the view was great, the bed was comfortable, but the poor “housekeeping” was evident! Pee on the wall by the toilet, mystery substance on the bathroom light switch, thick dust on the bathroom counter trim and lights, the shower was filthy, and when reported this to the registration desk, they obviously are used to this because they offered to send housekeeping (in a very uncaring way), but I already cleaned it. Just what I wanted to do in vacation. Also, there was a bag of dirty linens from housekeeping in the hall across from our door when we arrived, and was still there when we got up the next day. Be careful walking through the halls, at least on the 19th floor because the carpet is rippled and warn and very much a trip hazard… such a disappointment

It may be an original hotel, and it does show its age in places, but it’s overall a good place to stay. The rooms are large and clean, the refrigerator worked well, but there was no coffee maker. It’s a small point, but I don’t want to have to get dressed and go to the casino for my morning cup of coffee. Overall, good.

Expected a “renovated” hotel not to have as many issues. We stayed here when it was Bally’s and it looks the exact same. Check in took over 30 minutes she took my ID and went to the back for an unreasonable amount of time. It’s only saving grace is the location.
Is the mold?
The shower ceiling was caving in.
