We were first meet by front desk staff by the name of Lan. She was helpful and very sociable. I would definitely recommend taking great care of her. She is a keeper. Room was spacious and clean only downfall was it was very noisy from the strip and airport. We would definitely stay again.

Save your money and go somewhere else on the strip or nearby. The only thing this place has going for it is location. The check in was beyond horrible. Non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. Called guest services, they sent up a non-english speaking attendant who squirted fragrance on the carpet and tried his best to communicate. They gave 2 craps about their non-smoking room smelling like smoke. So much smoke in it that you could literally still see the haze from the smoke when we first entered the room. Other things that were not great or in disrepair were shower door (leaked everywhere), tv (had lines in picture), tv remote (seldom worked when button was pushed), carpet (was stained and not pulled tight almost a tripping hazard), and im sure there is something that im missing. Spent $1300 for 3 nights, wish i had went elsewhere. Hotel check in was horrific. They wouldnt check me into my room bc my wifes name was on the reservation even though i was listed as a guest and the address on my id matched the address on the check in. My wifes flight had been delayed for 7 hrs due to govt shutdown. I walked to self check-in kiosk pulled up my confirmation code barcode and went back to another front deak lady. it was quite obvious that whoever is in charge does not care at all about customer service, because there is basically zero customer service present at this facility. I will take my $ elsewhere next time. We will never stay at the horseshoe again.
