I recently stayed at your property and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room I received. It was nothing like the one shown on your website. The room had visible mold and was not clean, which made my stay very uncomfortable and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. I also couldn’t help but notice a stark difference in the quality of rooms provided to other guests, which raises serious concerns for me. I hope this was not an issue of discriminatory practice, but I feel it’s important to bring this to your attention.

The only issue we had was we had to park our truck next door at Paris as we were told it wouldnt fit in the parking garage or we could pay 100.00 for VIP parking. We get free valet parking at Paris we we parked there. The Horseshoe was a very nice place and the room was huge. Definitely will stay again

Our check-in process was great- the girl helping us was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were fine ( older) but no issues. Slot machines super tight/ didn’t witness anyone winning. Spent most of our time gambling elsewhere.

Super super dirty room, our refrigerator doesn’t work in the room at all, no AC in the room either. Had to call room service 4 times to get the room cleaned and they never came. Overall bad experience with the staff

It would have bee a perfect score if your check in personnel weren’t so rude.. after I checked in on your kiosk, I was looking for an attendant to direct me to my room. I got her attention but waved me off because it was not in her area. The hotel was very nice with spaciou rooms.
