We enjoy the hotel accommodations. We visit Las Vegas a couple times a year for hockey tournaments and concerts. The kids enjoy the arcade, a nice variety of games, food court and bar.

Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing. When you try to extend the stay they're very rude and try charging you WAYYY MORE saying I had an upgraded room (which I never asked for) and now I had to pay over double the rate. Very rude desk staff. So everything was great except for the front desk. I had to raise hell to get them to honor the rewards rate I was paying. Than they acted like they did me a HUGE favor not charging me $300+ a night for a standard room during the week.

We used to be regular Bally's guests. We haven't been since 2020, and we were looking forward to a weekend at the"new"place. The pool that used to be so much fun is beat up and old, the vibe in the casino is way underwhelming, and the pricing increases were a shock.
