Four Seasons lets you be apart from the frenetic part of Vegas when you want, but makes it easy to access this part when you want to. For example there’s a private, kind of secret entrance to Mandalay Bay shops, that is very handy. Bourbon, the new restaurant, had an excellent ribeye

Unfortunately after we checked in and were ushered to the service elevator, we knew something was wrong. The hotel just said it was a “minor inconvenience” that was until 3 men joined us in the service elevator with large shop vacuums. Working in commercial construction, I knew these indicated a leak or large amount of water somewhere. I then directly asked and the woman sighed and said yes it’s on the 37th floor by the elevator, but you’re on the 39th so it won’t affect you… well, it did affect us. We went to shower and we had to water pressure. When we called the front desk, they said someone at checkin should have told us… the lack of communication and mishandling of the situation was astounding. We were out of water for HOURS. We were then given a plate of stale pastries and a note for the “inconvenience”. At check out we were told we would not be given a refund or money back, as we got a “gift of pastries” send to the room… unreal.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas was the perfect oasis after being in the busy crowds during the day. The hotel is quiet, beautifully styled, and the staff is top tier. The restaurants on site are phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Stayed in presidential suite for NYE, had a wonderful view of the strip and fireworks. Quiet, comfortable, and well appointed rooms. No noise or crowded like other hotels on the strip. Definitely would stay here again when back in Vegas.
