The only thing that made this stay not terrible was the one person out everyone we had to talk to is Jeff! He was the best employee that helped figure things out. Other than that every other employee didn't seem to care about the MULTIPLE situations that happened to us while staying there. New worker didn't officially register us to our room so at 3 am someone else was trying to enter while we were sleeping, get a call at 4 am front desk trying to figure out who we were. Jeff helped that situation at 9 am gave us a different room. In the second room it took 20 minutes for the ac to start blowing somewhat cold air, the fridge didn't work and I needed to put my insulin in before it spoiled. It was not a good first impression.

The room that I picked when I booked was not the room that I got or nothing like the picture that I picked when I got there the room smelled it like mildew the pillowcase had black stuff all over it call front desk to get my room moved because of the situation they talking about they didn't have any more rooms available the housekeeping would just come clean it so then I went down there to talk to the manager and the manager moved me to the room across the hall it didn't get no better I will not stay here again the middle elevator for the 14th floor do a lot of shaking we got stuck on the elevator on our way going to a wedding when I was walking out of my room coming from the shower naked the housekeeping lady walked in without even knocking and then when I said something to her she said she was going in the wrong room she thought I was checking out I said I only been here for a day I still have three more days to go and I have late check out for 1:00 p.m. contact the manager still did not do anything and I guess find me complaining so much I'm trying to figure out why they charge my card $96.69 still cannot get no answer

Surprising Large Room

Clean and Eazy check in through kiosk. Large Room with a great view of the sphere. One night with a low rate during March Madness. If laying your head down and night is all you need in a clean and quite environment this is the place to be.

we haven't been to Vegas in a few years but was shocked by the cost of parking & $8.00 for a small coffee. The good old days of cheap food & drink are gone. The internet was very sketchy, it wouldn't even let me check out on line but I did leave my key at the drop box at 9:00 am. Never did get a Players card but won $200 more than I lost. Thank you! Why did you replace humans for machines. Couldn't get no human to help me with my check in. The machine gave me the wrong room and when i called customer service it was a robot automated service. I demand a refund. Dont recommended this garbage of a hotel. And they charge you a resort fee for i dont know what reason if the pool was closed and your wifi wasnt working properly. This place is scamming people. Stay away

Overall nice clean room. Did not like 1st night they did not have room ready so they put us in room with no view. Changed the next day. Did not get discount for room mixup or inconvenience of having to change diring trip.
