The Horshoe was centrally located near all of the other large hotels. Valet and bellhop were fast and easy. It would be nice if they had free parking, but the rooms were very nice for the money.

On reflection the stay at horseshoe/ballys was better than expected. I do find the prices are too high at the restaurants and bars to have a great time

Booked a king and was given 2 doubles. Also put on the side with the busiest street for cop cars and buses at the hotel. I asked for a late checkout and was offered just an additional hour. Some bartenders super friendly. Indigo bar too busy chatting amongst themselves. First staff very rude and not accommodating in any way shape or form

Plenty of amenities within and around!

Plenty of amenities with the Horseshoe itself. Stores, food, bars, tables, slots, a speakeasy, conference rooms, etc… The Horseshoe is centrally located amongst other major casinos and restaurants. I think the hotel carpets should be modernized or changed. But the Horseshoe is a great place to stay for a reasonable price!

The Hotel is starting to show age but is kept up nice. Will be better once the construction in the front is complete. The Monorail station is close making it easy to get to the convention centre. I would stay here again.

It was an overall good experience. Great house keeping Two areas of improvement: Wifi was stable but limiting to 2 of the SAME devices throughout the stay - not sufficient for two travellers. Can hear next room’s people talking and their conversation through the door between rooms. Kind of noisy.

Horseshoe LasVegas

Greta location, view of sphere and high roller. Exterior windows did need to cleaned. Halls carpets could use cleaning or updating. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed with towels and soaps. Easy self check in kiosk, text message concierge, and text express check out. Nice coffee cafe for a quick morning coffee and pastries. Shuttle bus for Las Vegas market and uber easy location. I will be back.
