We enter the hotel first Day and saw underwear inside the room ,2 peace. Very unprofessional, we call the hotel,theybsaid we will send someone tonclean it,but no one never came to clean, all this time i had the feeling the roomn is dirty. We end up cleaning the room ourselve.

Great hotel experience! No issues with check in (it was a Thursday). The property is beautiful. I give it 5 stars because the staff was awesome. Everyone was polite and helpful especially the casino gaming staff. Being new to Vegas casino table games can be intimidating, and everyone on the table floor was inviting and helpful and really made the experience one to remember.

The property is gorgeous, both inside and out. It sucks that you have to pay additional fees for a resort, but hey thats what happens when you stay at a resort. It's huge in there. Some places you can walk to, but because its technically the beginning of the strip you will have to get a vehicle to ride to the strip.

Staff was rude and obnoxious, very little attention to detail and the only care in the world is how much and how fast could they get money out of your pocket. Was charged over double the Expedia agreement on price. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.
