Rooms are small compared to the other resorts on the strip. On the far end of the strip so not convenient to all the action. 450 dollar incidental fee is on the higher end plus resort fees

Amazing property! This is my fourth time in Vegas and I’ve stayed at several of the more “established” hotels on the strip and have always been let down. Not this time! This property is amazing, great amenities, very walkable and the hotel gym is the best I’ve ever seen.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Invasion of Privacy at 10 AM Check-out is at 11 AM—but at exactly 10 AM, someone was knocking on our door. We’d set our alarm for 10:20 AM, so we were still asleep and very startled. After about five seconds of knocking, someone swipe their key card and push the door trying to enter our room! Thankfully our door-stopper was in place, then he/she left without any explanation. Then I got up to check, no one was there—just a housekeeping cart parked outside. 2. “Skip-the-Line” Check-In Didn’t Work I followed the “skip-the-line” email instructions and checked in online, but the digital room key they sent me didn’t even include my room number. When we arrived, we still had to wait in line at the front desk—exactly what we were trying to avoid. 2. Wrong room arrangements My wife and I had specifically booked a king-size bed, but when we entered our room, it was set up as two queen beds. 3. Empty Shower Amenities & Terrible Service The shower gel was nearly gone when we first arrived, and housekeeping never refilled it in the seconds day. That evening we came back called the front desk for more—but no one answered. A robot voice promised it was “on the way,” yet nothing arrived until after 1 AM, despite the request being placed before midnight. Overall, the stay was fraught with service failures and a serious breach of privacy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone l

Seems to be the norm at the large Hotels in Las Vegas that Check in will take forever. Don't tell me to use the APP. I'm tired of waiting for APP functions to work. 2 Desk Clerks manning 10 stations with 20 people in line and it takes 10 min for each check-in. I go to smaller hotels and am checked in in a few minutes, just saying guys, doesn't make me want to come back.

You need to provide coffee service in room or in lobby. Not have to go into casino for morning coffee. This was after a late arrival with pre-check in and wallet key would not work. Then had to go back to Lobby for a 30 wait to get a card to get in the room.
