Overall, a great stay! The resort was clean and spacious, our room was comfy, and the valet staff were super friendly. Only small hiccup was at check-in—the staff member didn’t seem very welcoming. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here!

The M you can do everything under one roof

I love everything about the M in Henderson Nevada. I especially love that you don't have to leave the hotel. You can eat, sleep, gamble, exercise, shop, all in one place.

We enjoyed our stay overall - the service was excellent with one minor complaint: the front desk staff could have been a little more knowledgable about the rooms upon check in - I asked if I'd be able to access any streaming services on the hotel room TV and the front desk's reply was no - but once in the room, I found that guests could at least access their netflix account using the TV menu. Other hotels I've stayed at also offer check-out through this same interface, but I was unable to find such an option and felt obligated to check out in person - when I thought the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier - but to their credit, they did offer luggage assistance and waters. My guest relayed to me that she felt rushed out of the spa well before closing - but this was not my experience at the spa. I consider these minor issues and would happily stay at the M again in the future.
