Fantastic but…

Absolutely beautiful resort. Nicely appointed rooms. Two little areas I’d love to see improvement, the gym hours are 7a-6p… one extra hour in the morning would be wonderful. The smoke is a bit much - somehow if you can improve circulation to improve air quality, that would be fab.

We never had maid service the whole time we were there! I even asked the housekeeper to please clean our room and replace the dirty towels. She didn’t do it! We had to use towels off the floor to dry ourselves with the morning we checked out! We stay there when we go to Raiders games. Don’t think we will be back. I expected better service for $265 a night with a desert view!! Very disappointing.
