Staff was courteous. Oir room cleaned after.3 days but failed to give us soap, shampoo and body wash all of which was empty. Found a bug in our bed.

We stayed at the residence inn by Marriott near the stadium . We shared a two bedroom suite. Me and my daughter shared a room , my mom had a bedroom to herself and my uncle slept on the pull out sofa. He said it was comfortable for the 13 dare we stayed . I only have a few minor complaints. My first one is that the beds are not comfortable. I woke up with neck and ba k pain. My second complaint is that kids were running up and down the hallway on our floor 4th . From 10pm to 3:00 in the morning. I think some parents left the kids unattended because then we could hear a basketball bouncing in the room down the hall constantly. Our key cards kept getting deactivated and we had to get new ones . My last complaint but it’s not a major problem but there was a homeless guy constantly on the premises getting heat and free breakfast every morning . That was not the problem my concern was there are so many kids running around you do not know if this man is safe. If you guys know him and let him get free breakfast than fine no problem but if security does not know he’s there that is scary . I would rate this place a 8/10 the breakfast a 8/10 . It was delicious. You could have oatmeal, skillet potatoes, sausage patties, eggs . Milk and juice . Tea or coffee .

We paid for 2 room suites with oven for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't get it and had to go elsewhere for an oven. No solution offered. The mgmt at the end of our stay promised us a discount for inconvenience but its 2 weeks and no discount so I don't know.

The room was in good condition overall. The water pressure was not great and the bath tub was slippery. The elevator broke down during our stay which made walking up to the 4th floor a bit inconvenient. We made the best of it and they fixed it but it always sounded like it was close to breaking down again. The breakfast selection was decent for what it was but we’ve been to other residence inn locations that had an improved menu.
