**BED CONFIGURATION**
- Bedroom 1: Full bed with smart TV that has adjoining full bathroom and is located at the ground floor next to the front main entrance making it easily and handicapped accessible. Also themed with an olde English (Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings) atmosphere
- Bedroom 2: Master suite with a queen bed and large private bathroom and a smart TV as well as an additional roll away twin bed and infant crib
- Living Room: Full-sized pullout sofa sleeper with a smart TV and Alexa

**IMPORTANT**
- Parties and events are not permitted by city and house rules.
- Pets are not allowed and will incur a significant charge if discovered in order to sanitize and clean allergens from the property. - Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight and an additional 3 visitors during the day with prior coordination.
- For your safety, cameras monitor the front of the house. No video monitoring occurs inside the house or in the backyard. Noise sensors are located in the living room and in the backyard. Please do not touch any of this monitoring equipment as it is sensitive and will alert hosts when you do tamper with them in any way.
- Quiet hours begin at 10pm per city rules. The backyard lights must be off and no noise disturbances are permitted during the hours of 10pm and 7am in the backyard.
- The fireplace in the living room is non-function-able per city rules. The garage is not accessible for guests.

National Park Experience

This was a wonderful property with many amenities and perfect size to fit our family. The location was ideal for a short trip to Bryce and Zion and easy access to the strip for evening dinners and entertainment. You will love this spacious home.

Perfect for Henderson Long Weekend Stay

Was in Henderson for a four-day kid's sport weekend. The VRBO property provided a perfect home base with a full kitchen to save on meal costs and spacious living room for lounging. The two bedrooms effectively function as two separate master suites. Laundry, propane grill and small back patio are also available on site. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with a park nearby to sit, walk, or jog without disturbing the neighbors. Good windows masked any street and airport flight path noise. Overall great property for a multi-day stay.

Everything was great in this house and give my family the opportunity to hang out together for my daughter’s birthday. The kitchen was nice because we could sit at the island and the table. If there was any complaint, the only one I would have would be there needs to be more blankets may be in the closet and definitely back up toilet paper but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.

Perfect for traveling with little ones

We have a toddler which can make traveling difficult, especially to Vegas. We were so relieved to find this house that had everything we needed to comfortably travel with little one. On top of that, the house is clean, cute, and the hosts went the extra mile with the little things that go a long way like bottled water, k cups, and laundry pods. They were also incredibly responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend, and will look to stay again if we are back in the area!
