What I liked was the staff and their response which was very quick. What I didn't like it was there was an AC issue in the room/Select Tower as soon as we entered and I'm pretty sure they knew about it but they didn't let us( with 2 small young kids) know and they let us stay in the room untill 4 AM when we we weren't able to sleep and the temperature climbed to 78 f in the room and that's when we called and relocated us to different tower. Also, we had to call them for towel replacement daily and they gave just 1 small tiny tube of Shampoo and Body wash for all 4. It was like a daily job for us to remind them for the housekeeping and providing us with Body wash and Shampoo. Rates were cheaper but ridiculous $75/day resort fee where other hotels charge $55/day. Property was but outside which helped us from the traffic near by and decent restaurants outside the property for food. Definitely we will think twice before booking this property.

Clean, view on strat tower is worthy to check in especially night time as it’s only $10 for hotel guest. 10 ms drive to Las Vegas strip so it’s okie for uber, around $13 per trip. However it’s some homeless around the area if you prefer walking. It’s not bad but still hesitate if walking with kids. it’s worthy if you travel with budget and don’t want to pay too much for the room.

Every staff we interacted had an attitude , did not feel appreciated nor welcome. The smell of marihuana in the room hallways was annoying (it’s supposed to be a no smoking in rooms). The new renovated room was okay. Very disappointed, we have so many great memories at this place, but this, was the last time we stay at the Strat. 09/08/25
