Stayed here following concert at Virgin Theater. Love the venue and we had good tacos and happy hour drinks at Lucia. Unfortunately, bathroom sink in our room was slow to drain, which is always gross. Also paid extra for $50 drink voucher deal, but no employee could properly explain how to redeem said voucher. The voucher went unused, which was extra frustrating after spending $50+ on 2 beers at the music venue. Love seeing concerts here, but would be hesitant to stay again unless the price was right.

The main pool wasnt available to guests and we had to walk through the casino in out swimsuits to be rerouted to the other entrance. Most of the time the only food option available was the pizza place. The pizza was good but they were always buzy. Overall, for the price, you could get much more from the Best Western down the atreet.

Great dining options. The restaurant downstairs had bottomless mimosas for 9.99. We also loved the pool with the sand bottom.

The hotel’s best feature is that it’s off the strip so not as busy/crowded as other hotels and the one pool & cabana were very nice. The highlight of this property is the Mexican restaurant, Lucia, which was amazing! The adult only pool was only open on weekends so we waited all week to enjoy it and then learned it was closed for a private event which was disappointing. Our suite was clean and staff were friendly. However, the entire casino which you have to walk through to get to your room smells of cigarette smoke. Also, at check in we were surprised with a mandatory $600 deposit in case of damages, not disclosed before reservations were made, and were told we would get that back upon check out. It’s been 10 days since we checked out & we still haven’t received those funds back yet. So beware they will hold your money hostage for no reason & you will be told repeatedly that you just have to wait. We’ve stayed at many hotels and this is the first time we’ve experienced this. With so many options of places to stay in Vegas, we’ll try a different property next time.
