Everything was going great until I was informed that I have to request a room clean. It was late in the evening when they decided to get around to me, hours after my request. This left me with no clean towels etc. with the amount of money patrons pay, you would think Cleanliness would be standard at best.

We enjoyed the size of our room which was a standard king but very spacious! The restaurant options provided a variety of cultural cuisine. We dined at Lucia, the Kitchen, and Nobu (one of the pricier dining options, but expected). The gym was a good size and we used it twice while there, and what’s nice is the juice/smoothie bar is right outside the gym so we opted for a post workout shake. The outdoor area seemed vast and I believe there were 4 pools, although there was some maintenance being done on a few areas and only the “winter” pool was open which was the tiniest of all. But, the weather wasn’t too great, low 60s and wind so not suitable for swimming anyway! We enjoyed our time here and for the cost, would certainly stay again.

There was no communication about having to ask for the room to be serviced. Fully stocked mini bar but not a usable refrigerator Hot water was turned off from 11pm to 11 am on Sunday to Monday morning. Manager only offered compensation when I asked and only gave us a $100 credit. Vegas usually means coming in late and need to shower in the morning. SUPER INCONVENIENT Found out last night of our stay that we could have asked for a refrigerator. For a HILTON brand hotel it was extremely under our expectations! Resort fee covered very minimal conveniences. Will definitely have hesitation about stay in this brand if your hotels again

The check in process was horrible and the staff was not friendly. It's clear they do not value reservations that are made through 3rd party sites. Our room was also not cleaned one day, despite asking the cleaning service to come back in 30 minutes.
