My room is clean and tidy, well stocked with things i need. Staff are nice and will go out of their way to offer help when i need it. Breakfast has fresh food and beautiful fruit to put on my yoghurt.

Accommodation was for work purposes and paid up front. My colleague arrived but wasn't able to access his room because he didn't have a credit card. Mercure must have a large fraud profile, if they thought my colleague was going to rob them. We were tired and only after several phone calls to me, while I was driving, did the staff member let him have his room key.
