Sorry but I had really bad experiences a few times with the front desk. Initially I was given the wrong room then asked to wait until my proper room was ready. When I go to retrieve the key to the correct room. I was given the wrong keys. Total chaos.

Very nice hotel The pools and the amenities were fantastic walkable to seaworld, which was very convenient due to the lines of traffic stacked up. Trying to get in to seaworld. Your breakfast is definitely worth the price. Very big selection Also with an Omelette station, delicious? Great way to start the day.

Property was beautiful however there was absolutely no parking available to reach the towers ( and to think parking was $38). We had to park in the far back and walk about maybe 5-7 mins to the towers. We got to our room on the 17th floor it was HOT and the carpet was SOAKED from the ac I’m assuming. It took about 5 mins just to get someone at the front on the phone. She asked if I wanted someone to look at if I said I would not but instead like to change rooms she was quick to assist me with that however now we had to go 16 floors back down walk 5-7 mins back to the car and drive all the way back to the front of the resort. Stand in line to wait for a new room key. Now had to drive again to find a parking because our parking was now taken. Walk 6-8 mins back to the towers and go back up 16 floors. By the time I was completely settled in it was 9:08 and I had missed my anniversary dinner reservation .

Really nice property, especially for the price. I don’t think I have any real complaints. Maybe the main exterior walkways could use a little renovation as far as space for people to walk throughout the resort but besides that I feel like it’s a really nice hotel for your money good for small family getaways even though I was here by myself for the weekend.
