the mini fridge and most outlets didn’t work. didn’t know until we woke up and all the food we wanted to take home that was in the fridge had to be thrown out. our phones didn’t charge overnight

I made a reservation for a suite and even stopped by a week early to verify as it was for a 40th birthday celebration. I was able to pick the room I wanted at that time. On the date of check in, I arrived 5 minutes after check in time. I was given a room that was 2 categories below what I paid for and they had the audacity to try to pass it off as the room that I reserved. After demanding to speak to a manager, was able to get a room that was a little better but still not what I reserved. Was offered a small price adjustment, an anemic resort credit and a couple of breakfasts. Made the best of the weekend but my plans were destroyed. Why bother with a reservation?

I had to get moved twice to get a decent room. When I checked out I was given a bill for additional charges for parking at the facility. At no time did they tell me about this parking fee until I saw it on my final bill.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and will definitely stay again. However my check-in wasn't the best. We got an incorrect room and took forever to get the right one. The parking was abysmal and something should be done to fix that.

I reserved and paid for a king sweet, with connected room to my family. No king sweet, no connection. I am disabled and need assistance standing ect, on top of this there was absolutely zero parking within two buildings each way of my room! Both nights. This is a very big deal for someone who cannot walk well and no one there seemed to care about my complaints, just said someone would contact me shortly. No one ever did.

Not what I expected at all from a Hilton brand hotel. Did not feel safe. Looks more like a rundown motel six. But still charge Hilton fees. Very unhappy with my experience even asked to have my room moved from 1st to 2nd floor to feel a little bit safer for the night.

Nice pool areas. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was spot-on. Enough "home" space (cupboards/fridge/microwave) to stay there for longer than a weekend. Overpriced for what it is. I booked a king bed room and they gave me a double queen bed instead without even telling me. I had to fight back to get 2 out of 4 rooms switch to king bed.
