The property is in need of some serious renovations. My room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was not in good condition. The bathroom was extremely outdated, tiny, had pant smeared everywhere, and only ran boiling hot water with a very pungent sulfur smell. In addition to all these problems, the part I was most looking forward to was the hot tub and what I was met with was even more disappointment, the water was practically gray and I couldn’t smell any chlorine which scared me because of the cleanliness. The bathrooms at the pools were also disgusting, all the pools they had were akin to these conditions. To be frank, the price they were asking for and what was there was not at all worth it. If I had done more research I would’ve stayed somewhere else in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 6 nights. When I checked in the room I reserved was not even available so they put us in another room which was disappointing but the front desk rep made it better. The room has such small bathrooms you can’t even open the shower door without the bathroom door opening and vice versa. With a little kid, was not fun. The water for sink would not drain well. The pools were extremely cold and not well cleaned. The furniture was dirty. And the food at the hotel was not great selection nor good tasting and staff didn’t listen to orders properly any of the time. The concept of the hotel is great but it needs work.
