There was one thing i did not like that you hand wash and dry dishes there didnt seem to be a dishwasher which in a big hotel with lots of meals is NOT up to yr standard There for germs spread easily Hope to bring this to your attention and can be fixed before our return again Please notify of this happening.

Beautiful hotel. Quiet and conveniently located. Rooms are spacious. Only downside is the pool is closed early at night so no swim after dinner. Recommend this hotel.

A hidden gem located between Legian and Seminyak. Balinese style accommodation, very clean, two pools, buffet breakfasts and a very nice restaurant. Right on the beach within reach of everything.

Gardens and pool were great. house cleaning staff were very friendly also pool staff. breakfast ok could improve compared to Puri Saron were we have stayed has more choice .. reception staff lovely very friendly...liked walking close to shopping eating out...beach close ... Great stay.Food,staff,facilities and cleanliness.My only grumble was they were putting in a new lift to our block and the associate building noises (jackhammers etc) personally spoilt my stay. Again noises at night were an issue. Slamming doors, alcohol fuelled conversations late into the night.Would stay again but with earplugs!

Made Bali even more magical!!!

We just loved this hotel, we had planned on moving around but once we arrived booked for 8 days. Wish I was there now. We loved the restaurant also..great food, great staff and location was perfect . We did many tours where they picked us up and took us around Bali but loved coming back to our lovely hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better. The soap dispenser was never filled, linen not changed without request. This was disappointing, as we had stayed at the property before and this was a decline in service.
