Disappointed with our stay at the Sandman Hotel in South Lethbridge. Upon arrival, we found visible stains and hair on the pillows, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. The beds were advertised as queen size, but they were clearly doubles. The overall condition of the room, including the floors, felt neglected and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was a bit rundown and could have used a good cleaning . Food was mid to low end, drinks were good, bar staff friendly, night desk staff were adequate . Bathroom floor tile was dirty and no room clean up. The outside had a police watch with a loud speaker , spot light and siren . Not my most favorite place I have stayed
