Would never stay again. Hotel is very run down, the lounge was a joke, zero service. Area was not good, and there was a portable video trailer set up in the parking lot. Every room in the lobby required a combination.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. They even upgraded us to a king room which was so nice, but when we went in our room, all the surfaces were filthy and full of food and stains. They gave me wipes to clean it myself which was disgusting cause even the bathroom was dirty and the toilet had stains on it and the side tables were full of hair and brown stains. So I cleaned it myself which was really gross. I wasn’t given a discount or even offered a new room that was clean, not even an apology or an offer to get it cleaned. Just that we bring the wipes back downstairs when we finish cleaning it. But besides that, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again but next time, I wouldn’t clean the room. I will just ask for a new one. I pay for a clean room not to have to clean someone else’s mess.

Nice hotel

Stayed here many times. Older hotel, rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Elevators are a bit creaky. Convenient location on Mayor Magrath Dr. Attached to small strip mall. Has pool and lounge. Dennys restaurant is attached to hotel which is convenient.

Unfortunately when I booked I was told by friends it had been renovated, I booked on Expedia the newer sister property wasn’t shown as an option so I booked this thinking it was what I was looking for. IT WASNT The staff was great, the property is run down, in need of some definite esthetic improvement. Paint/plaster peeling off the walls, elevator doors scratched by guests with sharp objects The beds should be replaced. The shower wasn’t cleaned A rain shower head mounted on the wall not the ceiling so no water pressure. The hot water took about 5 min (no joke) to start flowing… what a waste of water as I didnt sign up for a cold plunge so I waited
