Room was ok, bed was ok, couch and desk chair were TERRIBLE (both were EXTREMELY uncomfortable). Kept finding stray long hairs on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom(didn’t walk around barefoot at all). Though a free breakfast was offered, I went out to eat because the food and choices were terrible. Also the parking lots were not cleared of snow and ice, which made it treacherous to get to your vehicle.

The breakfast area was notably, well prepared and exceptionally clean!! The person working the breakfast area that morning that I stayed was named Michelle. I specifically asked her name so that I could put it in my review as she was doing a tremendous job of keeping the breakfast counter replenished, and the tables and floor, extremely clean and picked up. In fact, I dropped a scone accidentally on the floor and felt very comfortable picking it back up and putting it on my tray to eat rather than throwing it away. Michelle is definitely an employee that you want to keep or possibly keep in mind for management. She was exceptional.
