Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty. Entire property smelled terrible. Room not well cleaned. Toilet dirty upon arrival. Shower curtain moldy. Did not match pictures at all. Had some coffee in the lobby but was not willing to eat or drink anything made here. Clearly no one cares about maintaining this property. Would not stay here again even if it was free.

This property looks nice from the outside. Granted, they are remodeling, but everything was dirty and/or disgusting. Hallways were dirty, bathroom had not been cleaned (hair on the sink), and the bed sheets were stained and dirty (pillows looked like they had makeup rubbed off on them). Only positive was when we asked for cancelation and refund the front desk quickly obliged.

This Motel was very clean. It was easy to get to with lots of parking. The customer service called me early on the day of my reservation with concerns because they were full. We worked it out with getting a smaller room.

The property was moderately clean. There was no carpet in the room, which I like, but the floor still made my feet very dirty when I walked barefoot. Upon check-in, the room had fresh towels and an extra roll of TP. There was a single cup coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, iron board and iron. That is the extent of the amenities. No BF was served, only coffee in the lobby. There is a fairly large outdoor pool, and the pool area was kept clean. I stayed for 10 days for work; I did not receive any housekeeping during my stay. I did use the onsite laundry facilities; the machines were in good working condition. The area is reasonably safe with easy access to the highway and surrounding shopping and other attractions. Not a luxury hotel for sure, but a good stay for someone on a budget.

I'm 98% sure the room was not cleaned before I entered it.My husband told me they told him that they had no cleaner for the following day after our check in. They were awful about giving toilet paper and fresh towels.No shampoo,Conditioners or bars of soap ended up buying our own. Pool chairs mostly broken. Outside garbage was full for about 3 days before finally being emptied.

This place is horrible the outside looks beautiful, but once you walk in it’s the worst smell ever, smells like mold, and a bad disease and expenses. On first getting to room, it was a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. Notice the outside part of.the window was broken and rain was entering window. Asked for another room. The floors in the bathroom and bed room baseboard are was dirty.

We did not stay because the entire place was revolting: mattress cover had bed bug feces on it as well as human feces. The sheets were dirty and the entire place smelled terribly! DO NOT STAY THERE!!
