Location, personnel, breakfasts and other meals (including room service) all were excellent. The room with jacuzzi and river view was absolutely fantastic.

The view over the window is amazing and the staff is super helpful and lovely. The door of my wardrobe didn’t move, it was stuck, which was a bit annoying as I had dress to hung.

Great weekend away

Although originally disappointed that we were 15 to 20 minutes outside of the city centre by taxi, this proved to be unfounded as this gave us the best of both worlds. The city hussle & bussle along with the quieter river front restaurants and bars of an evening closer to the hotel. Overall a great weekend away.

Die 4 Tage von 8.5-12.5.24 waren ein Traum für Mutter /Tochter wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und willkommen.Frau Dora war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich 🙏 2 kleine Anmerkungen:Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein Transfer inklusiv sein … Im Bad fehlt mir Hacken wo mann die Handtucher aufhäbgt😜Bei der Abreise wurde und noch ein Frühstückt versprochen ca um 05.00 und leider hat es nicht geklappt, habe den Portrier angesprochen er wurde leicht verärgerd und ziemlich eingeschnappt , ich wollte es nur gesagt haben Sonst top freundliches Personal Obrogado☺️

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, zu Fuss erreichbar mit einem sagenhaften Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!
