My space is located next to São Pedro Estoril beach, near the village of Cascais (5 kms) and with quick and easy access to Lisbon city center (30 minutes by train). You will love my space because of the location, near the beach and town, the comfortable and quiet environment, and the outdoor space, the pool allows you to spend a very relaxing day. It is perfect for those who want to visit the city of Lisbon and relax, or simply surf on the beaches of Estoril coast (Carcavelos, Guincho).
Detailed Description:
• Space
S. Pedro House is an independent apartment with its own entrance, set in a villa with pool, garden and parking. This space (T1) consists of 1 bedroom with toilet and closet, living room with dining area and kitchen. The apartment was “created” in July 2016, is equipped with new and modern furniture and appliances, which gives it a contemporary and cozy atmosphere. The porch with an intimate surrounding view of the pool is for the exclusive use of guests. Created to accommodate 2 people, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. The ambience, location and access give this space a versatility that makes it perfect for a city and beach vacation, sporting holidays, particularly for water sports, surfing and sailing, and golf. Based on the “feel at home” motto for long term stays I make available to my guests cleaning and laundry service.
• Guest Access:
In terms of outdoor space, the use of the pool and garden is shared exclusively by guests and my family. Car parking space may be used by guests if requested at night sharing with family.
• Host Interaction
The host's interaction with guests is tailored to their "desire" and needs. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in person by the hostess or other family member. The presentation of the apartment, the description of the surrounding area and the location of the supermarket, pharmacy, health center and restaurants are indicated. For longer stays, we offer guests, where possible, a welcame drink by the pool..

São Pedro do Estoril is located on one side of the triangle, Lisbon - Cascais - Sintra, called “Cascais Line” or Estoril Coast. The Cascais line, known internationally as the Estoril Coast, given its proximity to the city center is the elite residential area of Portuguese and foreign society, and at the same time a bathing area 15 minutes from the capital. The village of São Pedro do Estoril, located near the beach of S. Pedro, is mostly made up of villas from the early and mid twentieth century. Very wooded and with “quality” catering spaces, it is a very charismatic and quiet residential area. The beach of S. Pedro is located in the cove of Bafureira, has a very particular beauty because it is surrounded by ravines and is bounded to the west by the headstone of Pedra do Sal. Its waters are often the scene of national and international surfing and bodyboarding competitions..
• Go and come
Served by a train station on the Cascais line, which brings it significantly closer to the center of Lisbon and Cascais. Situated near the Cascais train station and next to Avenida Marginal (N6 road), access to the apartment by car or public transport is very easy, fast and economical. Of note is the ease of parking and no charge. Access to the airport: 20 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport (20 minutes by metro + 25 minutes by train). Access to Lisbon Center: 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by train. Access to Cascais Center: 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by train and 30 minutes on foot. Access to Sintra: 15 minutes by car. Beach access: 5 minutes on foot or by car.
