We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been a crappy room (but wasn’t, the room was perfect) you seriously need to give the 2 front desk employees that were working during my stay a substantial raise. You couldn’t have employees any better than them. Thank you for making our first time to Little Rock awesome and memorable and wanting to come back very soon. And don’t forget, they deserve a raise!!!!

I had issues with the heating and air. When I got to my room it was cold, so I adjusted the thermostat from 68 to 72. It doesn't give you the option to change from cool to heat. The temperature never changed and around 1am I raised it up to 80 degrees and it was still cold. The thermostat said it was 67 degrees but the thermostat was on 80. Around 4am I called the front desk because I couldn't take it anymore. When I called she told me that the maintenance crew wouldn't be in until tomorrow and gave me the option of changing rooms or getting extra blankets. I stated that it's 4am and I'm in the bed that I wasn't changing rooms. And I said that I would take the extra blankets. She told me to come to the front desk to get the blankets and I told her that I was in my pajamas and I wasn't coming down like that. She ended up bringing the blankets to my room. The air and heating unit needs to be fixed.
