Staff gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. È la seconda volta che pernottiamo in questo hotel e siamo più che soddisfatti. Unica pecca il centro benessere chiuso per ristrutturazione, avrei voluto saperlo prima ma poco male,soggiorno comunque ottimo. Colazione varia con più scelta di salato che dolce ma tutto buono. Aquesta volta abbiamo anche provato il ristorante dell'hotel ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa: prezzi ottimi e cibo all'altezza.

They upgraded me to the best room in the hotel, and they offered the garage free of charge. They bring me the breakfast in the room, even I asked at the last moment. All good, except the shower: practically no shower in this beautiful suite, but only a pipe inside the tub... Not for a suite.

We had only one night at the hotel, but it was special in every way. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the hotel itself is simply beautiful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and we were even lucky enough to get a room with a small balcony. The hotel has a wonderful location, right in the heart of old town, so everything is easily walkable. There is underground parking at the hotel next door, and a very good breakfast buffet was included as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
