"The actual dates of our stay were April10-12. Despite the fact that the parking lot is enclosed by a gated fence, my wife's tote bag was stolen from the back seat of the car while she was sitting in the front passenger seat. This took place during the time that I was at the registration desk. Staff downloaded the parking lot video which clearly shows the thief grabbing the bag and then running through a pedestrian gate which was being held open by an accomplice.
The onsite staff were very helpful and if not for this unfortunate incident, I would have given the hotel an overall "Excellent" rating. Sadly, it was a very unpleasant end to an otherwise wonderful 2 and one-half month stay in Spain. "
