Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 150 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 18 for adults and EUR 13 for children
• Covered self parking fee: EUR 10 per night
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)

• Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
