Habe ca 10 min im Voraus das Zimmer gebucht. Ich wurde freundlichst begrüsst und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch meine Überraschung, dass ich mit meinem kleinen Hündchen angereist bin wurde umgehend umgesetzt und für sie alles im Zimmer vorbereitet. Ich hatte ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Ausblick über Locarno und dem See. Das Zimmer ist 1A sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Da ich spontan angereist war, hatte ich Abends den Roomservice bestellt und wurde mit einem exquisiten Sandwich gesättigt. Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bringt einem immer ein Lächeln entgegen. - bald werde ich sehr gerne meine nächste Reise hier hin antreten
