"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"Nice location - easy walking to train, along lake ( both directions) and dining options
Older building needing some upgrades (eg outlets for the floor lamp and coffee maker!)
Lobby a bit tight, and understaffed at checkin. "
