Rooms 11

The room was dirty, also the blanket. The shower is disgusting and I hadn't got a choice between warm and cold water. The "reception guy" was unfriendly and incompetent. His mobile phone looks more interesting than his work!

Overbooked and Relocated

Overbooked hotel. Relocated to a different hotel, very cold no heating. Not welcoming staff. Very loud and noisy. Broken beds. Worst stay of my life.

Good location - poor amenities

A family owned hotel. Extremely small rooms. Poor amenities. Good location for Hammersmith Friendly and helpful staff Value for money

There was a little trouble.

The hotel staffs from Pakistan were friendly. Nearest station is Hammer Smith of the Metro tube. Hammer Smith was very convenient to go for city sightseeing because it was a station of the Piccadilly Line. The taxi cab driver waiting in front of Hammer Smith station said to us that the hotel was there immediately on foot, and refused us to take a taxi. It took around 15 minutes on foot with rolling a luggage to the hotel. And what was even worse, we had to go up the stairs of the hotel with our heavy luggage. Nobody did help us. The breakfast was a simple meal of just only bread and coffee. I had paid hotel room charges at the time of a reservation in ebookers site. However, the hotel staff double charge on my credit card at check-in by mistake. At check-out, he apologized me with saying that "My holding company would refund money to your card later".

Kolme yötä Lontoossa

Comhotelin sijainti oli aivan hyvä, joskin matkaa Hammersmithin metroasemalle oli mielestäni 10-15 min. eikä 5 min., kuten netissä luki. Hotelli oli ahdas ja pimeä, ei hissiä. Avaraa oleskelutilaa en löytänyt. Myös huone ja kylpyhuone olivat ahtaita. Sänky oli kova, jouset tuntuivat läpi. Vilkkaan liikenteen melu häiritsi vielä myöhään illalla, tosin rauhoittui sitten. Myös äänet samasta kerroksesta kuuluivat aivan liian kovina, myös ovien pauke. Henkilökunnasta tapasin miespuolisen johtajan, joka oli harvoin paikalla, sekä aamupalaa valmistavan naisen, joka myös siivosi. Molemmat olivat kyllä hyvin ystävällisiä. Mitään esitettä hotellista en saanut. Plussaa oli, että Hammersmithin metroasemalla odotti melkein aina muutama taksi, ja myös hotellin ohi kulki hyvin busseja. Metroasemalla oli monenlaisia kahviloita ym., samoin Hammersmithissä (ja myös Primark!!) Metrojen lakkopäivänä saimme todella ystävällistä opastusta metroaseman yläkerrassa kaupungin taholta, samoin kaikki matkan aikana tapaamamme ihmiset olivat hyvin avuliaita.

alien in ferien

ich finde Hotel klien aber fine,angestellte sehr hilfsberiet. Shopping+u-bahn in 10 Minute errichbar.ich kann nur sagen, für mich war alles ok. k.shah

Not a surprice

I spent my Christmas in the hotel. The room was very cold in the night and I was freezing. The water taps didn't worn well: water sprest all over when I put it stronger. The pressure from the shower tap was very small, takes long time to balance warm and cold water. The steps in the hotel were very tiny, and there were no lifter. If you carry heavy stuff or big luggage, if might be uncomfortable. But the price for one night dingle room were 34€, witch is chip. I didn't expect too much from that room so I didn't get disappointed.

Un bon plan pour Londres

Chambre pour 4 personnes propre et confortable, avec salle de bain pratique (seul manquait le sèche cheveux!). La rue était un peu bruyante mais c'est le centre ville.Personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hôtel proche de la station Hammersmith, ligne directe centre de Londres: un très bon point!
