Quiet. Close to eateries and convenience stores. Easy access to the freeway. This place is a favorite of mine to stay at.

Disturbing to see a ton of hair in a towel that was folded as if clean, a gross towel after a shower is unsettling and they didn't place an extra in the room. Also had to clean hair from the tub. They will only give one key card despite the amount of guest and did not clarify before booking that you can only park one car no matter how many guest you pay for. The guy tried to get extra money for parking despite there being multiple open spaces. The parking lot is unexpectedly small overall though so I think their limits should be disclosed in their description. Looks like they don't check the rooms before renting them. Unfortunately seems like lazy management, no hospitality skills from the male worker. Things didn't work and though it looks like they made updates the lack of management is just running it down again. A pit stop place if you're in a jam but not ideal for families or a good sleep

Thin walls

The bed was rock hard. The walls paper thin. A couple was having sex all night yelling from night to early morning. We didn’t sleep at all. Hotel needs sound proof walls

Yikes

Room was sparse, only a bed and one chair. Very poor water pressure in shower and sink. Towels were small and thin. No screen on window. TV didn't work until reprogrammed. Bad neighborhood. Homeless sleeping in front of hotel. No security. Car park and elevator open to street.

Room was so dirty. We set the floor towel on the floor and when we picked it up to hang it was so dirty from the floor since we cleaned some of the water left on the floor it was just terrible. You could feel the dirt as you walked around. The bed sheets didn’t feel or smelled fresh. It was just a terrible experience.

Not clean

First room we were given has dried fluids on the bedsheets and a bunch of stains. Pillows looked like that had mascara rubbed on them. We had to go get a new room and even tho it was cleaner it still felt dirty.

Good price for the stay!!

All in all great hotel comfortable beds, clean bathroom/towels, easy check in, no deposit required, small but covered parking garage, functional cable tv, mini fridge/microwave in room My girlfriend and me had a pleasant stay! Hardwood floor could use a little mopping and the heater was little loud. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place we would definitely stay here again! Thank you management for everything!
