Was ok

TV didn't work, when we arrived a guy came to fix it, it worked, we left for the evening when we came back it didn't work again and no one would answer at the desk to fix it despite multiple calls. We were in a room that connects to another room, and those guests were talking about adult behaviors and then they did those adult behaviors loudly and I had my child with me who could hear everything because we couldn't drown them out with the TV noise. Room was clean. Breakfast was generic cereals toast waffles. Nothing fresh.

The pool is the reason i like to stay at this property. Very clean and always warm and the chemicals are always perfect. There's a few negative things about the property i wish the owners would change. Like the towels are small and dated and i wish the shower heads were about inches higher. All and all i love this property and its surroundings.

The room was very clean and tidy. The check in was simple and the rates are very reasonable. It was very close to the event I attended the next day. Nicely located with a lot of options that are available at your convenient.

Hotel Being Neglected

The hotel I believe is in the right location and has the potential of making lots of money. However, The grounds, the upkeep, maintenance is atrocious. Walls need painting, repairs done half-hazardly - The front door of the hotel is kept open, apparently, the door was strained an was never fixed correctly. This hotel need a total renovation to be considered a hotel. I would not stay at this location again if I'm in CA.

Days Inn was a very unpleasant experience. Dirty, Noisy. Leaking sink. No maid service. Cannot blame the staff. But I do blame the owners for lack of customer service and lack of maintenance. The so called included breakfast was poor with no sausage or bacon.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been!!!

I requested a non-smoking room but the room I was in was smelling cannabis from the elevator, hallways and inside my room.Housekeeper had to spray a deodorizer but it won’t eliminate the odor.Manager said “they couldn’t stop people from smoking inside their rooms” despite the signs on the walls”SMOKING, VAPING NOR MARIJUANA” I was asking the manager why aren’t they were implementing the regulations but all he could say was “ he couldn’t do anything about it” The TV has to be fixed coz there was no audio, soap dispenser wasn’t working and needed replacement.Then I was transferred to another room coz I couldn’t stand the smell of marijuana inside my room.The room they put me in has no WIFI service.The only time WiFi works is if I get out of my room.No use complaining about this matter coz I didn’t wanna sound like a “ needy guest” But for sure THERE’S NO WAY AM STYAING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN” Not only they violated the California policy of No Smoking in an enclosed establishment but also the manager was rude and doesn’t have respect for their customers.
