Attitudeof really unhelpful male staff member on checking in on Sat 27th. I tried ringing the hotel 18 times because of delayed flight. When intrued to press options, nothing happened. Not the hotel's fault but he didn't care less. Also no reply to all my emails to the property on Ebookers. Really stressful trip

We stayed here because we were attending a Rams game. Airport shuttle was great, check in was easy, breakfast was good. Nearby fast food with healthy options and a grocery store. Beds and shower were good. Lobby was nice but rooms/hallways were dated and showing considerable wear. Clean though. Our room location was kind of noisy beginning around 5-6 AM.

It was fine. Breakfast was good. In the room there was a bottle of water beside the coffee maker. I assumed it was complimentary just like the coffee usually is in other establishments. To my surprise when I was emailed the receipt, I was charged 12.00 plus tax for it. Seems a bit greasy. Warning…there is a 7-11 across the street where I’m sure water is much less expensive

This hotel is very humid and stuffy. When I arrived the windows in the room were all open, which made me a bit nervous at first, especially because I was alone. But, I soon realized once they were closed that it was because the room became warm and humid, and the AC worked poorly. I booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle, which was great, and because they offered breakfast, which was also great. It was also more affordable than many others.
