Arrived to check in and was told that there was maintenance in the rooms and we had to move to the sister hotel down the road. They said they were fully booked so couldn’t accomodate us even though we had a booking and paid for it and even though the people behind us in line were checked in after us ok. (Which means we could have got a room) very poor from Fairfield Inn. No compensation and no apology. Won’t be back.

It was so perfect 10-15 mins from the airport.Ralph store, seven eleven, in and out, Pollo Loco and many mote it’s just across the street! The room is so spacious. Breakfast is excellent.Front desk is very friendly and approachable. I would surely recommend this Hotel

This was terrible, we came by 1pm, to wonder ifwe could do early checking, whichthey said, in a very rude manner, no. It was ok, i know it eas a big shot, but i tried.... Theb at night, when we were actually doing the checking, turn out they sent me to another hotel near by, they did not offer transportation or apologize. Then, even though the other hitel customer service was way better, in the morning, we did not get the breakfast that was included on my reservation. The whole situation of changing the hotel and the uncertainty was very stressful.

Great stop for a layover stay. 24 hour Airport shuttle on the half hour. Good breakfast. Safe, quiet and comfortable at a reasonable price. Close to many restaurants ( most are of the fast food variety.)
