Mixed experience

Pros: I got a great rate, the front desk clerk, Ben was very nice and helpful, located close to airport and shopping, quiet. Cons: Old and dated, sloppy refurb of the room, found dead water bugs after my first night stay. Overall not a horrible stay but I wish the rooms had been updated more cleanly. The rooms were clean but where they painted it was clearly not done with care. The bed in my first room sqeeked when I laid on it which was a bit comical but I still slept very well. The grounds were nice with a grassy courtyard with a pool and gazebo. I'm not sure if I would stay here again but if I did, I would ask for an upgraded room.

Place is falling apart. Part of the hotel is boarded up. Walkways are unlevel with lots of concrete patches. Pieces of ceiling on walkway outside of room crumbling from roof leaks. Carpet shredding in doorway to bathroom. No fan in bathroom. Pieces of baseboard missing.
