The bed was very comfortable. The service was great. The breakfast was edible, but not great. The room looked very, very clean, but I could smell an old towel smell, and when we first walked in there was a very strong cologne odor seeming like they were trying to cover up any other smells.

Everything was amazing except check in. Victor was a bit abrupt. I did not get any assistance with my luggage even though I let him know, I am closterphobic and can notbe onan elevator. I had to put my luggage on the elevator, run upstairs and to get my luggage out. Not fun. Shower was a leaky shower, but water pressure is fantastic!

Everything was right

They did everything right. Easy self check in. Easy parking. The room is big enough, bathroom counter space is huge, making it easy to stay organized. There was a tub! The pet fee is reasonable. breakfast is provided, I checked it out, but I am not a breakfast lover, so went for an apple and a coffee. I did notice there was a LOT of bacon, so no skimping there. There was grass for the dog, and no stray poop. The property is right off the highway. I would definitely stay again. We would love to see an EV charger in the future.

Great for quick trips

Got in late and check-in was super fast, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I had to leave early, but based on the rest of the experience, I’m sure it would’ve been great. I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to Los Angeles. It’s also in a great location — perfect for getting out of the city quickly and avoiding all the traffic on the way north.
